<p><strong>Join our Growing Team at Excelerate360!</strong></p><p>As a Business Development Executive specialising in the Dutch market, you will proactively engage with potential clients to identify opportunities for growth and establish Excelerate360 as a leader in the tech industry.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></p><ul> <li>Identifying and researching new business opportunities to generate Sales Qualified Leads.</li> <li>Conducting outreach through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospects.</li> <li>Building and maintaining initial relationships with prospects to secure qualified appointments.</li> <li>Managing internal CRM processes (Salesforce) to document activities, feedback, and lead qualification details.</li> <li>Measuring and recording daily sales activities to assess performance.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams to strategize and share insights.</li> <li>Engaging and building relationships with C-level executives in target companies.</li> <li>Contributing to the evolution of our lead qualification and sales processes.</li> <li>Aiming to meet or exceed monthly qualified leads quota to support overall business objectives.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT sector.</li> <li> <strong>Sales Passion:</strong> A fervent interest in new business sales and prospecting.</li> <li> <strong>Energy &amp; Positivity:</strong> A hard worker who can maintain a positive attitude while achieving a high volume of daily outbound activities.</li> <li> <strong>Cold Outreach Expertise:</strong> Proven experience in cold outreach and prospecting through platforms like LinkedIn.</li> <li> <strong>Team Player:</strong> A competitive, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.</li> <li> <strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.</li> <li> <strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Strong ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.</li> <li> <strong>Creole Thinking:</strong> Ability to think creatively and strategically in approach to lead generation.</li> <li> <strong>Language Requirement:</strong> Must be fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written)</li> <li> <strong>Remote Work:</strong> This position is fully remote, requiring strong self-discipline and motivation.</li> <li> <strong>Part-Time: </strong>This is a part-time role covered over Monday-Friday - 18.75 hours per week</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>21 Annual leave days in year 1, rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays)</li> <li>£16,000 per annum plus £2,000 uncapped commission.</li> <li>Additional Day's Leave for your Birthday</li> <li>Ongoing expert training and support</li> <li>External training allowance (monthly)</li> <li>Opportunity for advancement</li> <li>Employee Assistance Programme (Mental Health wellbeing)</li> <li>Daily team meetings</li> <li>Company Sick Pay</li> <li>Christmas/Summer events</li> <li>Great fun, team environment</li> <li>Remote working optional</li> </ul>
