<p>This role is for one of Weekday’s clients<br>Min Experience: 0 years<br>Location: Remote (India)<br>JobType: full-time</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><ul> <li>Contribute to the ideation, design, and development of GenAI features such as chatbots, automated assistants, and custom workflow agents using LangGraph and LangChain.</li> <li>Implement robust, scalable code with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms (DSA).</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate user demands and research insights into functional prototypes.</li> <li>Integrate and evaluate LLM-based solutions for conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, and content generation tasks.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control efforts to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Engage in rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and performance evaluation of generative models and their outputs.</li> <li>Demonstrate initiative by sharing learnings from hackathons, side projects, or previous internships with the team.</li> </ul></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><ul> <li>Experience (Academic or Practical):</li> <ul> <li>Strong command of data structures and algorithms, demonstrated through coursework, competitive programming, or validated online platforms.</li> <li>Prior experience developing generative AI applications or prototyping with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks (project, course, or internship-based).</li> <li>Successful participation in major hackathons, coding competitions, or relevant projects is a strong plus.</li> <li>Previous internship(s) or substantial open-source contributions in AI, NLP, or backend Python roles preferred.</li> </ul> <li>Technical Skills:</li> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (preferred: experience with AI/ML libraries).</li> <li>Familiarity with GenAI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, text-processing pipelines.</li> <li>Basic software engineering hygiene: working with Git, writing unit tests, and using collaborative tools (e.g., GitHub, Notion, Jira).</li> <li>Exposure to web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) is a plus.</li> </ul> <li>Collaboration &amp; Communication:</li> <ul> <li>Eagerness to learn from mentorship and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.</li> <li>Able to communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly.</li> </ul> </ul></ul>
