<p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong> As an Affiliate Executive, you will support the day-to-day running of the affiliate programme for B&Q and TradePoint. Reporting into the Affiliate Lead, you’ll play a key role in the execution of activity across both omnichannel and lead generation campaigns, contributing to wider remarketing initiatives where needed.</p>
<h2>What's the job?</h2>
<p>● Run day-to-day activity on affiliate campaigns with guidance from the Affiliate Specialist.</p>
<p>● Support with setting set up contracts and promotional placements in the Impact platform.</p>
<p>● Assist with reviewing partner applications and onboarding to the affiliate programmes.</p>
<p>● Coordinate promotional and trading support for key campaigns, adapting activity in line with trade plans.</p>
<p>● Use internal tools and sales data to support monthly reversals and performance checks.</p>
<p>● Contribute to the management of the always-on Influencer programme, including outreach and tracking.</p>
<p>● Liaise with the PR & Social team for any Influencer work outside of standard activity.</p>
<p>● Work with our in-house studio to brief creative assets for campaigns.</p>
<p>● Support the Affiliate Lead in making recommendations and reporting on campaign performance.</p>
<p>● Help build regular reports using the Impact platform, summarising activity performance for key stakeholders.</p>
<p>● Carry out basic competitor research to inform campaign activity.</p>
<p>● Help monitor affiliate activity for brand safety, including ad hijacking and fraud prevention.</p>
<p>● Assist with seasonal and campaign wrap-up reports (PIRs) with the Go-To-Market team.</p>
<p>● Participate in wider digital marketing knowledge sharing across teams.</p>
<p>● Contribute to weekly checks and optimisations to support channel performance.</p>
<p>● Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and best practice through regular learning and reading.</p>
<p>● Work closely with the Affiliate & Remarketing Lead to deliver against agreed KPIs.</p>
<h2>What we need:</h2>
<p>● Experience in affiliate marketing or digital media </p>
<p>● Strong communication skills – written and verbal.</p>
<p>● Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.</p>
<p>● Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.</p>
<p>● A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<p>● Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.</p>
<p>● Interest in digital marketing trends and developments.</p>
<p>● Basic understanding of digital performance metrics and attribution is a plus.</p>
<p>● A commercial mindset with a willingness to understand performance drivers and campaign goals.</p>
