Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing real estate practice as their dedicated Spanishspeaking Social Media Assistant. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling educational content that helps Spanishspeaking families understand real estate processes while building a strong online community. Working directly with an experienced realtor, you’ll manage content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and help launch their YouTube presence. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, community impact, and professional growth, with flexible scheduling that allows you to balance this position with other commitments. You’ll be instrumental in expanding the reach of valuable real estate education to underserved Spanishspeaking communities.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms
• * Create engaging educational real estate content specifically for Spanishspeaking audiences
• * Produce and edit shortform videos using CapCut and Canva
• * Develop content strategies that attract potential clients through valuable information rather than direct sales
• * Engage authentically with the Spanishspeaking community across all platforms
• * Support the launch and growth of YouTube channel initiatives
• * Collaborate on content planning and scheduling to maintain consistent online presence
• * Monitor engagement and community feedback to optimize content performance
• Requirements
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• * Proficiency in CapCut and Canva for video editing and graphic design
• * Understanding of real estate industry preferred (junior level candidates welcome)
• * Ability to create educational content that resonates with Spanishspeaking audiences
• * Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging visual content
• * Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• * Comfortable working in Pacific Time Zone hours
