Language Arts, History, and Math Teachers

About the position

We are seeking qualified and experienced Christian teachers for a part-time, contract position in our Classical, Christian, College-Prep hybrid homeschooling program. The role involves teaching Language Arts, History, Math, Art, Latin, and Music to students in a classroom setting one to three days per week, with additional responsibilities for class preparation and grading outside of instructional time.

Responsibilities
• Teach Language Arts, History, Math, Art, Latin, and Music to students.

• Manage classroom effectively to create a conducive learning environment.

• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials for classes.

• Grade students' work and provide feedback on their progress.

• Choose the number of teaching days per week based on personal preference.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• In-classroom teaching experience.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Excellent references from previous employers.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in teaching multiple subjects such as Art and Latin.
