They are known for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction throughout every stage of the project—from first contact to final installation.</p><p></p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative skills to support our franchise operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a genuine sense of empathy, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Customer Service</h3><ul> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential and current customers</li> <li>Clearly explain fencing services, products, timelines, and pricing (training provided)</li> <li>Schedule onsite estimates and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team</li> <li>Provide compassionate and solutions-oriented support when handling concerns or complaints</li> <li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships<br> </li> </ul><h3>Administrative Support</h3><ul> <li>Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (e.g., JobNimbus, HubSpot)</li> <li>Assist in preparing and sending estimates, invoices, and project updates</li> <li>Submit utility locate tickets and follow up on permit applications</li> <li>Track project progress and keep internal teams updated</li> <li>Organize and maintain digital files and job documentation</li> <li>Generate summary reports and assist with light project coordination<br> </li> </ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul> <li>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills</li> <li>A warm, empathetic, and customer-first approach</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li> <li>Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment</li> <li>Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms</li> <li>A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and communicates proactively<br> </li> </ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support</li> <li>Background in construction, home services, or franchising is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with permitting processes and utility submissions is helpful</li> <li>Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Must have a professional remote work setup and reliable internet.</li> <li>Strong Zoom presence and communication required - English (C1/C2).</li> <li>As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be asked to submit an introduction video.</li> </ul>
