This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and distributors, handling ERP and CRM systems.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Be part of a passionate team driving excellence in ophthalmology and aesthetics worldwide!</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Provide customer care support for the LATAM region, including full processes of presales, after-sales and service.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Handle orders, refunds, and supply of service and sales items, while managing service tasks such as invoices, quotes, email support, phone support, and maintenance sales.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Establish and coordinate strong relationships with operational teams in Israel and local distributors.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Serve as the focal point for all customer care sales coordination, ensuring excellent customer experience.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and other teams as required.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Deliver accurate reports to the Lumenis senior management team at HQ.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Manage all data processing on SAP, Servicemax and Salesforce (ERP & CRM).</p><p class="ql-align-justify">• Administer service contracts, including booking and billing.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p>• Willingness to work in the LATAM time zone (Monday to Thursday, 11:00-20:00 Israel time + Friday).</p><p>• Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese – an advantage.</p><p>• At least 2 years of proven experience in customer care.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.</p><p>• Strong communication and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks assertively.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree (advantageous).</p><p>• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce (advantageous).</p><br>
