<p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused&nbsp;Senior Collections and Credit Analyst&nbsp;to join our Credit &amp; Accounts Receivable team. This hybrid role is responsible for managing credit risk and driving collections performance across a portfolio of&nbsp;B2B customers&nbsp;in the&nbsp;truck leasing and rental industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial credit analysis and collections, with the ability to balance risk mitigation and customer satisfaction through strategic collaboration and data-driven insights.</p>

<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing B2B customers using financial analysis, credit scoring tools, and industry data.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Recommend and establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms in alignment with company policies and risk appetite.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Monitor customer accounts for changes in financial condition, payment behavior, and industry trends, and take proactive action as needed.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Legal to resolve billing disputes, structure contracts, and support customer onboarding.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Partner with Sales to identify customer trends and behaviors that present opportunities to better meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Recommend credit holds, escalations, or write-offs based on risk assessments and payment history.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files, collection notes, and internal reporting.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Support month-end close activities, including AR aging analysis, bad debt forecasting, and audit documentation.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Contribute to the development and refinement of credit and collections policies, procedures, and automation initiatives.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional training and process improvement efforts.</li>

<ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc">
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in commercial credit and collections, preferably in the transportation, leasing, or rental industry.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and B2B collections strategies.</li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and credit reporting tools (e.g., D&amp;B, Experian).</li>
