7002 Budgets and Forecast Analyst

ALTEN group has been a<strong>&nbsp;leader in engineering and information technology for more than&nbsp;30 years and operates in 30 countries&nbsp;</strong>across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East and employs more than 46,000 people, 88% of whom are engineers.</p><p>We are looking for a<strong>&nbsp;Budgets and Forecast Analyst</strong>:</p><p>The Budgets and Forecast Analyst will budget monthly and annual Engineering spend by both project and Metafunction &amp; Develop Financial reporting tools. </p><p></p><p><strong>Activities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Maintain the financial budget &amp; forecast for Engineering</li> <li>Develop and implement solutions that leverage these technologies to solve business problems related to financial reporting.</li> <li>Develop custom templates, solutions, and other reusable components to streamline the development process.</li> <li>Create workflows, data integrations, and custom dashboards using Power Automate and Power BI.</li> <li>Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data visualizations using Power BI.</li> <li>Functional/operational controlling and reporting.</li> <li>Assist in preparation of annual Engineering budget</li> <li>Global SOW alignment and tracking</li> <li>SAP administration</li> <li>Prepare special finance reports upon request from customers and organization senior leadership</li> <li>Organization reporting structure for all cost centers (WBS levels}</li> <li>Workflow for Requisitions / Invoice –tracking and approval </li> <li>Maintain org flow matrix for all approval levels</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Process, Mechanical Engineering or FINANCIAL in Automotive sector as a MUST</li> <li>3- 5 years Experience in forecasting &amp; budgeting experience</li> <li>Experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) &amp; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.)</li> <li>Advanced Excel</li> <li>SAP experience</li> <li>Automotive sector experience is a MUST</li> <li>Advanced English</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Competitive base salary</strong></li> <li><strong>Major medical expenses insurance</strong></li> <li><strong>Superior benefits to those required by law</strong></li> <li><strong>Remote work scheme</strong></li> <li><strong>Permanent contract</strong></li> <li><strong>Remote work support</strong></li> <li><strong>Professional growth and development</strong></li> </ul>
