Are you a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant based in the United States? Do you thrive in remote work environments, communicate clearly over the phone, and enjoy supporting fast-moving operations? If so, we’d love to work with you!
We are STACO Building, a growing construction company, and we’re hiring a part-time assistant to take over the current Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities as they move into a new internal role. You’ll be trained directly by the person you’re replacing — and eventually report to them as they transition into a new role.
You’ll start by learning and supporting the daily admin operations and eventually become the main point of contact for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Schedule deliveries (e.g., concrete, aggregate, equipment)
- Request and compare subcontractor quotes
- Create and manage work orders
- Equipment rental coordination
- Assist in onboarding subcontractors and vendors
- Track documents, organize files, and maintain records.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator, especially over the phone
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle occasional fast-paced or high-pressure days
- Willing to learn construction terminology and operations
• *Prior construction or logistics experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate who shows initiative and strong work ethic.**
