<b>Description</b><br><p>We are seeking a <strong>highly motivated and results-driven Collection Specialist</strong> to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely and effective collections, managing contract administration, and collaborating closely with key internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales (Commercial), and Finance.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of balancing firmness in collections with professionalism and customer care.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage and execute collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.</li><li>Administer and review contracts to ensure compliance with financial and operational terms.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success to address client concerns and provide smooth account resolution.</li><li>Partner with Sales (Commercial) to align on client agreements, renewals, and financial obligations.</li><li>Work hand-in-hand with the Finance department to reconcile accounts, monitor outstanding invoices, and report on collection status.</li><li>Negotiate payment plans with clients while maintaining positive customer relationships.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on collection performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.</li><li>Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce collection cycles.</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>What You Will Do</b><br>None<br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>collections and contract administration</strong>.</li><li>Strong background in working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English and Spanish</strong> (written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication and negotiation skills</strong>.</li><li>Outstanding <strong>interpersonal skills</strong> with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>Highly <strong>results-driven</strong>, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems.</li><li><strong>Experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><br>
