This position will work remotely from the Philippines the during standard <b>US Pacific Time business hours.</b></span></span><br><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></span></span><br>&nbsp;<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess client creditworthiness.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Prepare detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Monitor client portfolios and identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Recommend credit limits and terms based on risk analysis.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Support underwriting processes for property acquisitions, leases, and financing arrangements.</span></span></li></ul><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></b></span></span></span><br>&nbsp;<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred. </span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">3+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></span></li></ul><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><u>CONSULTING FEE</u></b></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">We offer a generous consulting fee &amp; benefits package, along with the opportunity for development and stability within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial, and growing real estate investment group.</span></span>
