And this is where you come in!  If you enjoy working with customers and always put their needs first, this opportunity is for you!  <h2>How will you take care of our customers?</h2><ul><li>Communicating via phone, email, and chat</li><li>Solving issues ranging from missing deliveries to payment errors</li><li>Verifying and correctly entering customer data into the system</li><li>Managing orders placed on JET/Liferando to ensure they reach our restaurant partners without complications</li><li>Collaborating with your team, staying motivated, and maintaining regular contact with your leader</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Make sure to check if:</h2><ul><li>You enjoy interacting with customers and have experience in this area</li><li>You are available to work part-time - evening shifts and including weekends - 20 hours per week. </li><li>You have patience and empathy, making conversations with difficult customers a breeze for you</li><li>Your knowledge of English and German allows you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1)</li></ul> <h2>Join us and enjoy:</h2><ul><li>A part-time employment contract from day one!
