This role involves working with customers and potential customers to understand their needs while creating solutions to add value, drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. </span></span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Own the strategy, sales budget and customer satisfaction of accounts in the assigned territory. </span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Develop and execute a sales growth plan to achieve long term strategic growth plan.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Arrange and facilitate key customer visits within the region for marketing and other functional employees in support of the territory sales objectives.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage and develop the relationship with key customers on all levels, analyzing their needs and ensuring a profound understanding of the business and financial targets in order to create added value.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to document visit reports, new opportunities, contracts and market conditions within assigned territory. </span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Inform marketing and sales management about up to the minute key changes in market conditions within sector and region. </span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Recommend new processes or strategies to capture or protect business opportunities for the company.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Provide monthly territory forecast updates that feed into the Smart Planning program</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Other duties as assigned.</span></span></span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">6+ years of experience in sales and direct account management.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.6667px">2+ years experience negotiating contracts with large, tier 1 customers.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Travel: Up to 30%.</span></span></span></span></li>
