We only work with the best candidates and match you with companies who are serious about long-term growth and value you accordingly.</p><p>Our client is a high-impact mentoring & masterminding provider that combines proprietary growth frameworks with AI-powered sales systems - to serve as their first dedicated Account Executive. In this role you will own the warm-lead funnel end-to-end: moving prospects from event/expo and inbound pipelines into discovery calls, and independently closing high-value, £4K–50K+ annual contracts. You’ll leverage our client's custom GoHighLevel CRM, psychometric profiling insights, and AI-driven workflows to nurture relationships, articulate the client's unique business masterminds, ultimately securing signed deals and revenue for the client. </p><p>As you demonstrate results, you’ll help build out and mentor additional closers - setting yourself up for rapid progression into sales management.</p><h3>1b. Key Experience</h3><ul> <li>2 + years closing high-value B2B sales (£4K–50K+ ARR) </li> <li>Expert at nurturing warm/expo-generated leads into decision-maker conversations </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → proposal → close </li> <li>Proven track record hitting ≥4 closed deals/month, with clear CRM attribution </li> <li>Experience mentoring or scaling teams of SDRs/closers </li> <li>Strong CRM discipline: creating/managing opportunities, audit-trail ownership </li> <li>Comfortable using GoHighLevel or equivalent + AI-driven sales platforms </li> </ul><h3>2b.
