<h3>Position Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge AI-powered automation solutions across multiple business functions and industries. This role requires expertise in various automation platforms and AI tools to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>• Build end-to-end AI automations using Make, Zapier, Retell AI, Claude AI, n8n, GHL, Bolt, and other automation platforms<br>• Set up workflows for lead generation, customer onboarding, CRM management, chatbots, dashboards, and operational processes<br>• Maintain existing automation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance for maximum efficiency<br>• Collaborate with leadership to develop customized solutions for various industries including real estate, construction, dental, and legal<br>• Integrate multiple software systems and APIs to create seamless automated workflows<br>• Document processes and provide technical support for automation implementations</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• 2+ years experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools<br>• Hands-on experience with AI platforms including Claude AI, Retell AI, and conversational AI technologies<br>• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), and API integrations<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues<br>• Experience adapting automation solutions across different industries and business contexts<br>• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders<br>• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Work From Home</li> <li>Training &amp; Development</li> </ul>
