This role involves targeting key decision-makers (CEOs, founders, managers) in industries such as e-commerce, real estate, creative services, and customer support, generating qualified leads, and driving conversations that align with our offshore recruitment and HR management services.<br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach</li> <ul> <li>Conduct outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate leads and set qualified appointments.</li> <li>Use tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or similar) to identify prospects.</li> <li>Personalize outreach based on client hiring needs, industry trends, and signals of active growth.</li> </ul> <li>Industry-Specific Targeting</li> <ul> <li>Research hiring managers and decision-makers across target industries.</li> <li>Coordinate with the recruiting team to align outreach with available high-potential candidates.</li> <li>Track engagement and flag strong prospects for follow-up.</li> </ul> <li>Appointment Setting</li> <ul> <li>Book 10–20 qualified sales appointments per month, focusing on quality over volume.</li> <li>Ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales and recruitment teams.</li> </ul> <li>CRM &amp; Reporting</li> <ul> <li>Document all outreach and activity consistently in CRM tools or tracking spreadsheets.</li> <li>Report campaign performance and share feedback to improve outreach strategies.<br> </li> </ul> </ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul> <li>1+ year of experience in BDR, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation roles.</li> <li>Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO services is a strong plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with SMB pain points and challenges around hiring and scaling offshore teams.</li> <li>Strong communication skills (email, phone, LinkedIn); able to convey value clearly and professionally.</li> <li>Comfortable working with CRMs, prospecting tools, and performance tracking systems.</li> </ul>
