Join our Team! Behavioral Health Connections is a psychiatric assessment and placement service which provides mental health evaluations to patients experiencing mental health crisis. Our dedicated call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and staffed by knowledgeable and caring Call Center Specialists who are the first point of contact for our referral sources. As a psychiatric assessment and placement service provider, we offer patients in crisis mental health evaluations to determine and locate the most appropriate level of care.

Behavioral Health Connections National Call Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Full-Time Executive Sr. Clinical Director (Remote with travel), to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals to work Monday-Friday. The SR. Clinical Director has the responsibility of providing executive clinical leadership to the BHC Facility Clinical Directors. The Sr. Clinical Director will ensure BHC Facilities are complaint with clinical, facility, client, administrative and people management duties. The Sr. Clinical Director will ensure high performing services for all BHC clinical service lines, such as mobile/tele-video assessors, referral management, and call center staff. Direct each facility to have effective and efficient training for all staff; and ensure BHC Clinical Directors provide clinical supervision, oversight of clinical documentation ensuring the appropriate triaging of patients is made to the most appropriate level of care; Ensure facilities are staffed and scheduled to meet daily 24/7 coverage of the BHC Facility.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Masters Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

Licensure and Certification: Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).

Experience: Preferably three or more years of experience in leadership/management, call center, mental health assessments, staff management and general office/practice management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Directs the work of BHC Facility Clinical Directors that have the clinical facility operation responsibilities of the mobile and tele-video assessment/therapy team evaluators (assessors), referral management, and clinical lead(s).
• Directs and leads BHC day to day clinical services facilities. Ensure BHC facilities are providing appropriate level of care quality documentation. Ensures facilities are accurately and timely adding data to reporting systems/data bases. Ensure all clinical weekly/monthly reports are completed timely and accurately.
• In conjunction with the BHC Executive Director and HRD, ensure BHC Facilities are fully staffed, and employee life cycle is managed. To include proper employee onboarding, training, performance management, and retention of employees.
