About the position

The Compliance Consultant IV position will support the Risk Management, Audit Readiness and Mental Health Parity team. This role is responsible for intake and implementation of new laws and regulations for Kaiser Permanente National Provider Contracting and Strategy. This includes partnering with external contracted networks and internal stakeholders across markets and departments to ensure compliance. This role has accountability for managing delegation oversight requirements for national contracts, preparing the annual audit plan, addressing gaps, completing corrective actions, monitoring contracts for compliance, implementing process/controls to manage oversight of contracts, and writing national policies and desktop level procedures. The consultant will also support the national Mental Health Parity Shared Service, working with internal stakeholders and external consultants to respond to Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company (KPIC) self-funded mental health parity non-quantitative treatment limit requests from external consultant groups. This includes leading and managing work with key external consultants and internal SMEs, project management and working with teams across the enterprise to gather and interpret data.

Requirements
• Experience in compliance activities and regulatory compliance.
