We are seeking a strong Federal Sales Leader to join our USAF team. In this role you will support the full sales cycle and expansion of our e-learning product built alongside Airmen, which provides training and upskilling ability to those in service to meet demanding technical skill needs or post service opportunity. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.
Position Description (what you will do)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the DoD and Intelligence Community
• Build relationships with government agencies, understanding complex procurement processes
• Executing go to market strategy, and build account plans across the public sector resulting in a business growth pipeline and achieving quarterly business goals
• Selling e-learning product(s) that address specific challenges of Federal departments
• Identifying key decision makers to generate new sales leads
• Cultivating strong relationships with key contacts to understand needs and priorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience and proven success in Federal Sales
• Experience in e-learning products
• Demonstrated success closing contracts exceeding $5m+
• Understanding of DoD/IC budgeting, contracting and policy processes
Nice to Have:
• 10+ years of experience and proven success in Federal Sales
