Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and requirements to identify gaps and propose effective solutions within the Workday Compensation system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and configure Workday Compensation processes and policies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to the Workday Compensation system and provide recommendations for resolution.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Provide end-user support and training on Workday Compensation processes and policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the Workday Compensation system.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement system updates and enhancements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday Compensation system and provide guidance and support to team members.
Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and automation within the compensation function.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gather information, provide updates, and present recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information related to compensation.
