About the position
The Licensed Supervisor at Integral Care plays a crucial role in overseeing the Crisis Hotline, which serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support. This position involves providing direct clinical and administrative support to clinicians, ensuring high-quality crisis intervention services are delivered to the community. The supervisor will also engage in training, review documentation, and collaborate with various community partners to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts.

• Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians.

• Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians.

• Assist with training as needed.

• Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed.

• Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
Requirements
• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

• Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
,
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Burmese).
