We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by deploying GenAI at scale, helping to ensure they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.</span></p><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis"><b>About Job</b></span></p><p><b>Role and responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of AI Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.</li><li>Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.</li><li>Ensure daily communication with the Department Lead to know project status and set scheduling and priorities.</li><li>Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.</li><li>Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.</li><li>Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.</li><li>Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.</li><li>Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.</li><li>Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise</b></p><ul><li>You have linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similar</li><li>You have a good command of oral and written English (any additional language is a plus)</li><li>You have experience <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">managing/coordinating</span> projects</li><li>You have technical curiosity and you have worked in different technical environments</li><li>You are an advanced user of Excel</li><li>You can detect and solve any potential issues of diverse natures</li><li>You are an organized and efficient person, able to follow a tight schedule</li><li>You have experience in office environments</li><li>You have high attention to detail and sensibility towards quality work</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><span><span>Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
