<p>We are an up-and-coming start-up in the field of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our sales team.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>As an Account Executive, you will actively drive the growth of our AI-supported SaaS product and be responsible for the entire sales process - from acquisition to closing.</p>
<p>In close cooperation with the management and the product team, you will identify and convince potential customers, develop strategic sales approaches and build long-term relationships.</p>
<p>Your focus will be on expanding our new business internationally and developing existing customers.</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from the initial approach to closing</li>
<li>Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline with a focus on international expansion</li>
<li>Developing and implementing account strategies in close coordination with management and the product team</li>
<li>Conducting product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers</li>
<li>Using CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze your sales activities</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the AI or software sector</li>
<li>You are used to a hunter mentality and have proven success in closing</li>
<li>You are familiar with strategic sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales)</li>
<li>You can explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers</li>
<li>Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches is a big plus</li>
<li>You are either a native English speaker or speak excellent English - you can pitch and negotiate confidently in English</li>
<li>You are living in Europe with a work permission for Germany or are open to relocate to Germany.</li>
