About the position
The advisor, Lease Portfolio Management role at Starbucks is a key position within the Real Estate team, focusing on property management, lease enforcement, and customer service. This remote position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective lease management and maximize portfolio profitability. The advisor will act as the primary point of contact for existing stores, managing the full lease lifecycle and addressing complex lease-related issues.
Responsibilities
• Act as Property Manager and primary point of contact for all existing stores.

• Maintain full Lease Management life cycle post-execution of all critical requirements in a region of about 500-1000 stores.

• Develop and maintain strategic relations with customers, landlords, and other key stakeholders.
,
• Lead lease interpretation, education, risk assessment and enforcement cross-functionally.
,
• Support escalated issues and influence other partners to resolve complex lease-related issues.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in property management and lease administration.
,
• 5+ years administration of commercial real estate contracts or comparable business experience.
,
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
,
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret complex lease terms.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in drafting and preparation of formal correspondence and notices to Landlords.

• Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontally throughout the organization.
