About the position

The Project Scheduler I position focuses on the creation, maintenance, and progress tracking of project schedules for renewable energy projects, specifically in Transmission Lines and Substations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, and Construction Managers, to ensure project success throughout its lifecycle. The position is a 1-year contract and can be performed remotely or from Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation of reports for projects analyzing variations and comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule.

• Utilize critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts, and recovery plans in scheduling.

• Develop effective and accurate schedules in support of innovative technologies.
,
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management on project progress.

• Support the development, engineering, and construction of renewable energy projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Business Management, or similar field preferred.

• 2-4 years of scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 for full life cycle construction projects.
,
• Strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction process.
,
• Ability to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints for the plan and schedule.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience leading Schedule Review Meetings with project participants.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and develop strong working relationships with team members.
