Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and managing complaints.

• Ensure all maintenance requests are addressed promptly, coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff.

• Assist in rent collection, leasing tours, and tenant screening processes.

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building regulations.

• Provide administrative support to the real estate team and accounting team, including managing calendars and processing mail.

• Maintain accurate records and assist in processing invoices and generating reports.

• Prepare applications, agreements, and reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Manage and organize office operations, assist with electronic filing, and handle sensitive information.
Requirements
• 3 years of administrative experience

• 1 year of property management experience
,
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
,
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Strong customer support skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette

• Basic knowledge of real estate processes is beneficial but not required
