About the position
This Marketing Consultant III role is part of a newly formed - and growing - channel partner marketing team within the national marketing function. This Growth Marketing position will craft engaging programs to meaningfully reach channel partners (i.e. health insurance brokers, consultants, general agencies). This role will be a critical growth contributor to channel partner marketing goals. This position will build a deep understanding of the lifecycle for different channel partner segments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer with an appetite for building things from scratch. We're looking for a well-rounded marketer who will bring passionate storytelling, lifecycle marketing, and strategic thinking to create marketing programs such as national virtual events, and acquisition and nurture campaigns. The role will include stakeholder engagement and collaboration with data and analytics partners, creative teams, and agencies.
Responsibilities
• Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers.

• Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions.

• Conducts market data collection and synthesis under guidance from more senior colleagues.
,
• Implements marketing strategies aligned with business objectives by developing strategic plan deliverables.
,
• Implements strategic go-to-market plans by assessing and validating channel partner needs and performance.
,
• Assists with the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies and programs.
,
• Assists the creative team by gathering data, research, stakeholder input and sign-off.

• Assists in marketing project management by developing and updating project plans.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field.

• Minimum three (3) years experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field.
Nice-to-haves
• One (1) year in health care or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking).

• One (1) year experience in writing or editing for marketing, communications, or business initiatives.
