They will add value during the offer stage by ensuring candidate decision triggers are clearly understood and will take the lead in driving solutions to recruiting problems. The role demands a strong client focus and a commitment to continuous improvement, tracking candidate workflows, source data, and maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Recruiting Cloud). The recruiter must manage approximately 20-30 requisitions concurrently, demonstrating solid attention to detail and prioritization while being flexible to adjust to changing work conditions and assignments. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the HVAC Recruiter will manage additional HR projects as required, develop creative approaches to delivering quality candidates, and maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The position requires a reputation for exceptional candidate generation and the ability to build long-term high-potential talent pipelines to support future growth projections.
