<p>We are a global leader in <strong>Lead generation</strong> and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe &amp; North America.<br>Dolead runs <strong>paid marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer data with confidence and <strong>generates sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.<br>We’re looking to add a <strong>Business Development Representative</strong> to our team to support our growth in the European Market : you will be responsible for generating new leads and setting appointments for our Account Executive team, targetting prospect on the <strong>French &amp; UK market mostly.<br></strong><br>This is a <strong>freelance </strong>role <strong>- full remote </strong>from <strong>EMEA (+/- 2h from France)<br></strong><br>Daily base rate + attractive incentive on bookings only!<br><br><br><strong>Your missions:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Generate new leads through a variety of channels, including email, LinkedIn, video, cold calling, ..</li><li>Help build lists of potential companies by doing extensive research</li><li>Qualify leads and determine their interest in Dolead's products and services</li><li>Book meetings for Account Executives</li><li>Track and report on outbound activities</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices</li><li>Learn and follow the Sales process</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong><br></p><ul><li>2 years minimum of successful experience in a sales or business development role</li><li>Experienced in Marketing digital and/or lead generation industry is a big plus!</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fluent/Native in French &amp; English</li><li>Proficient in the use of HubSpot &amp; Lemlist</li><li>A passion for sales and result-oriented</li></ul><p><strong>What you will find at Dolead:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Fun and collaborative work environment</li><li>Competitive rate &amp; incentive system</li><li>Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.</li><li>Fully Remote role</li></ul><p><strong>Interview Process:</strong><br></p><ol><li>Apply</li><li>Survey (8 questions) + add a 1-2 min video of why you are the right fit</li><li>Interview with Hugo (Head of Sales EMEA) - 45 mins</li><li>Final interview with Lynn (Head of UK &amp; South Europe) - 30 mins</li><li>Offer</li></ol><p><strong>Please provide your application (resume / LinkedIn profile)</strong><br>If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity !<span dir="ltr"> </span></p>
