<div><strong>Job Summary:</strong></div><div>The Associate Director of Data Science will lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives to support strategic business goals. This role involves managing a team of data scientists and analysts, developing AI/ML models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Associate Director will collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>· Lead and manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts.</div><div>· Define and execute the data science strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.</div><div>· Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and AI models for business applications.</div><div>· Partner with business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive impact.</div><div>· Provide technical leadership on statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects (as applicable).</div><div>· Establish best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.</div><div>· Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.</div><div>· Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure.</div><div>· Present insights, models, and results to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.</div><div>· Stay current with emerging data science technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></div><div>· 10+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.</div><div>· Proven track record in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods to solve business problems.</div><div>· Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).</div><div>· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).</div><div>· Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.).</div><div>· Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.</div><div>· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
