Clearance: Active Secret (required)

Employment Type: Full-Time , No third parties - direct employees only

Compensation - 150-175K per annum with benefits, PTO and etc.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with an active Secret clearance to support mission-driven digital transformation initiatives. This role requires advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with experience architecting solutions in SharePoint Online (SPO). The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and prior experience working in federal government environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and solution design for complex Power Platform applications integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Translate customer business requirements into secure, scalable low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Serve as a technical SME on Power Platform governance, security, performance, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and federal compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership during requirements gathering, design workshops, and sprint planning.
• Establish reusable components, templates, and best practices across projects.
• Guide junior developers and perform code/design reviews as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 especially SharePoint Online.
• Proven experience building model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and integrating with SharePoint Online.
• Solid understanding of federal IT environments and security/compliance frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, REST APIs, and data connectors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Should have worked in Agile Project Management Framework.
• Active Secret Clearance (required).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400), Must Have one
• Experience with GCC High or DoD environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform.
• Experience with Teams integration, custom connectors, and Power Pages.
