Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support us with a variety of ongoing tasks, including social media graphics creation, content scheduling, and administrative support, particularly in the field of Regulated Investment Crowdfunding (Reg CF).
This role is ideal for rising talent with strong communication and design skills who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about the evolving world of community capital, equity crowdfunding, and mission-driven investing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks (email organization, scheduling, follow-ups, light data entry)
- Create eye-catching social media graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Support social media content planning and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram)
- Help format and publish campaign-related updates, blog posts, or newsletters (e.g. on Substack or Brevo)
- Maintain campaign tracking sheets, update CRM or spreadsheets with campaign data
- Conduct light research onplatforms, companies, or investment trends within the crowdfunding ecosystem
- Be willing to learn and support on projects related to Regulated Investment Crowdfunding (training and guidance will be provided)
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn about the Reg CF sector, including how it works, key platforms (like Wefunder, StartEngine, Republic, etc.), and startup fundraising
Bonus: Experience in newsletters (Brevo, Mailchimp, or Substack), light video editing, or basic analytics/reporting
Project Type:
- Ongoing with potential for long-term collaboration
- Part-time (starting at 5-10 hours/week), with flexibility and potential to grow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be conversational in English
- Availability during some overlapping U.S. business hours
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn new tools or topics
