You'll be working closely with the business owner to streamline critical administrative processes that are currently bottlenecking their operations. <p><b>Responsibilities:<br></b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Organize and categorize 50-100+ daily emails from general contractors and public tenders<br></p></li>
<li><p>Update and maintain spreadsheets with tender information, including due dates and estimated construction timelines<br></p></li>
<li><p>Follow up on submitted quotes with general contractors to gather feedback and confirm receipt<br></p></li>
<li><p>Assist with administrative tasks related to project estimation and bidding processes<br></p></li>
<li><p>Communicate professionally with clients and contractors via email<br></p></li>
<li><p>Support the business owner in identifying viable projects based on schedule and capacity<br></p></li>
