We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time <strong>Business Development Manager </strong>in Colombia.</p><p></p><h3>Role Overview:</h3><p>FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Colombia.</li> <li>Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.</li> <li>Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.</li> <li>Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.</li> <li>Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.<br> </li> </ul><h3>Candidate Profile:</h3><ul> <li>3–5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry.</li> <li>Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.</li> <li>Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services.</li> <li>Native Spanish and fluent in English.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.</li> <li>Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.<br> </li> </ul><h3>Will be considered a plus:</h3><ul> <li>Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)</li> <li>Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.</li> </ul><h3><strong>Our offer:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership</li> <li>Ability to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phase</li> <li>High level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the company</li> <li>Continuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leaders</li> <li>Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes</li> <li>Vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations</li> <li>Fully remote work </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Journey to FP Markets:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Interview with People Function member (30 - 45 min) to assess match to our culture</li> <li>Interview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectations</li> <li>Final interview with team members if necessary</li> </ul><p></p><p>Join our team and be a part of a professional, rapidly-growing company operating in a multicultural environment!</p>
