Job title: Property Manager for Historic Properties (Downtown/NE Portland)

Job description: We are seeking to hire a Property Manager for four historic apartments in the Downtown/NE Portland area. These properties are Chesterbury, Benson, Kearney Duplex, and Flanders Apartments. In total, these properties consist of 93 units. The ideal Property Manager is thorough, experienced in apartment management, organized, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers. Workdays are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour (DOE). The Property Manager will receive mileage reimbursement for required trainings, a $50.00 cell phone reimbursement each month.
PLUS - WE'RE OFFERING A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS! In this position, the Property Manager will also have the potential to earn occupancy bonuses and lease renewal bonuses.
Responsibilities for the Property Manager
• Office management
• Leasing
• On-call responsibilities
• Keeping resident records
• Resident relations
• Working with vendors
• Picking up grounds and/or light housekeeping
• Basic accounting
