Demo Environment & Presales Engineering
• Own the stability, availability, and accuracy of the Elemica demo environments
• Create, customize, and maintain demo datasets to support solution storytelling across Supply Chain Execution use cases (Order Management, Logistics, Purchase Automation, Quality Assurance)
• Manipulate structured messages (XML, JSON, etc.) to simulate realistic transactional flows
• Investigate, replicate, and document demo environment issues and liaise with Product/Engineering to resolve
RFX & Sales Support
• Support technical and functional responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments
• Analyze client requirements and align demo scenarios to showcase solution fit
• Assist in data-driven discovery sessions and input gathering during Joint Evaluation Programs
Network & Integration Analysis
• Perform due diligence on network participants (suppliers, customers, carriers) to assess integration readiness
• Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze transactional volumes, message formats, and traffic trends
• Identify opportunities for integration optimization, network expansion, or onboarding simplification
Data Insights & Visualization
• Build internal dashboards and visualizations that summarize network metadata, demo usage trends, and opportunity health
• Support commercial storytelling by delivering impactful data-backed insights for executive presentations and sales engagements
What You'll Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in a technical analyst, data science, or solutions engineering role—ideally in a supply chain, SaaS, or presales setting
• Demonstrated experience working with structured message formats (XML, JSON) and integration workflows (EDI, API)
• Comfortable with SQL, ETL processes, and tools like MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong business acumen and understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics workflows
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools
• Experience with demo environment management or software product sandbox configuration is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and architecture for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity-driven and self-motivated with a bias for action and continuous learning
