Responsibilities
• Schedule imaging procedures and exams for patients.

• Operate a multi-line phone system to assist patients and clinical staff.

• Screen patients over the phone and manage patient flow at the front desk.

• Participate in cross-training to ensure seamless operations within the Imaging Department.

• Perform other related functions as required.
Requirements
• Three years of related experience in scheduling imaging exams or coordinating procedures.

• Medical terminology training or certification.

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with EPIC and RIS scheduling systems.
