In this role, you will be at the core of our marketing efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making by addressing the Marketing team’s data requirements and conducting impactful analyses. You’ll provide actionable insights, and contribute to optimizing marketing strategies, performance, and campaigns. This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers the opportunity to shape the company’s marketing efforts through robust data analysis.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the data focal point for the Marketing team, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, dashboards, and performance reports to track key marketing KPIs, such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per conversion (CPA).</li><li>Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance (i.e., user journey, attribution models).</li><li>Analyze marketing funnels, user behaviors, and experiments to provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, R&D) to align on objectives, share findings, and inform decisions.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing analytics best practices to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sounds great! Am I the right fit?</strong></p><p>Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:</p><ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field.</li><li>Extensive experience writing SQL to query large-scale, complex datasets with efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Strong grasp of statistical concepts like regression, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and time series analysis.</li><li>A proactive approach, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.</li><li>A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Working experience with BI Front tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau etc..) to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about leveraging data to shape marketing strategies and outcomes.</p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br>None<br>
