<p>This is a remote position.</p>
<p>Schedule:<br></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Full-time position (40 hours per week) with night shift focus<br></p></li>
<li><p>Monday to Friday from 11 PM to 8 AM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break<br></p></li>
<li><p>Night shift focus with coverage during peak incident windows (4:00 - 6:00 AM Pacific Time)<br></p></li>

<p>Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Columbus, Ohio)<br></p> <br>
<p><b>Scope:</b><br></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Primary coverage during peak attack windows (4am-6am Pacific Time)<br></p></li>
<li><p>Independent work with minimal direct supervision during off-hours<br></p></li>
<li><p>Ticket-based communication system with direct reporting to management<br></p></li>
<li><p>Security-sensitive environment requiring adherence to compliance standards<br></p></li>
<li><p>Potential for role expansion as the service grows<br></p></li>
<li><p>Part of a two-person team providing full week coverage with some overlap periods<br></p></li>

<p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Monitor nightly server alerts and critical system notifications during off-hours coverage<br></p></li>
<li><p>Respond to security incident alerts and attempted attacks on core services&nbsp;<br></p></li>
<li><p>Follow established escalation procedures and flowcharts for different types of alerts and error messages<br></p></li>
<li><p>Forward critical emails and notifications through proper escalation chains when required<br></p></li>
<li><p>Perform content review tasks as needed<br></p></li>
<li><p>Maintain response times that meet insurance and compliance requirements for security incidents<br></p></li>
<li><p>Communicate directly with management regarding system status and incidents<br></p></li>
<li><p>Handle ticket-based support requests and system monitoring tasks<br></p></li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Previous experience in customer support or ticket handling systems<br></p></li>
<li><p>Personal assistant experience with technical aptitude (alternative qualification)<br></p></li>
<li><p>Development background preferred but not required<br></p></li>
<li><p>Ability to work independently during night shift hours<br></p></li>
<li><p>Strong attention to detail for security monitoring<br></p></li>
<li><p>Reliable internet connection and backup connectivity<br></p></li>
<li><p>Ability to follow detailed procedures and flowcharts for incident response<br></p></li>
<li><p>Experience with email systems and escalation procedures<br></p></li>
