<h4> <font color="#e1000f">What makes you a good fit</font> </h4> <ul><li>5+ years of CPG experience, with 2+ years in Category Management and/or Shopper Insights role. </li><li> B.S. or B.A. degree. </li><li>Previous grocery retailer experience preferred </li><li> Ability to influence decision makers across all levels of internal and external organizations. </li><li>Ability to proactively identify customer/category insights and translate them into a compelling retailer story and set of actionable recommendations. </li><li> Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging consumer/shopper insights, as well as syndicated scan and panel data IRI/Circana required, Numerator strongly preferred. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience leveraging Power BI platform a plus. </li><li> Proficiency using Space Management applications a plus. </li><li> Strong oral/written communication & project management skills.
