The Project Manager IV, Medicare Program Management and Operations is responsible for managing large-scale projects from initiation to close-out, leading project team members, monitoring project risks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
• Manages large-scale projects from initiation to close-out.
,
• Leads the work of project team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources.
,
• Proactively monitors and identifies project risks, issues, and trigger events within and across projects.
,
• Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of project stakeholders.
,
• Assists with reviews of vendor performance levels and ensures service level agreements are met.
,
• Assists with contract negotiations with vendors.
,
• Promotes learning in others by providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise.
,
• Facilitates team collaboration to support business outcomes.
,
• Develops, analyzes, and manages moderately complex project plans.
,
• Manages and monitors project financials for large projects.
,
• Monitors overall project performance against plan.
,
• Drives allocation of resources, establishes schedules, and task assignments.
,
• Communicates tough issues to stakeholders while maintaining an independent opinion.
Requirements
• Minimum one (1) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
,
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and minimum five (5) years experience in project management or a directly related field OR Minimum eight (8) years experience in project management or a directly related field.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Negotiation; Applied Data Analysis; Financial Acumen; Conflict Resolution; Managing Diverse Relationships; Product Development Life Cycle; Project Management Tools; Risk Assessment; Quality Assurance Process; Service Focus.
Nice-to-haves
• Two (2) years experience implementing large or complex projects.
