If so, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>We are currently seeking an Account Manager to drive sales and business growth across UK North Territory (Including Northern Ireland) playing a crucial role in achieving sales targets and expanding Biotage's presence working closely with the European and International sales teams.</p><p>As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing sales activities and driving business development within their designated territory.</li><li>Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.</li><li>Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management</li><li>Identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting customer presentations, negotiations and attending industry events.</li><li>Providing hands-on product demonstrations and technical expertise</li><li>Represent Biotage at Scientific meetings, trade exhibitions and Industry events.</li><li>Reporting market trends and competitive insights</li><li>Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining customer data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.</li></ul><p>This is a field based role with approx. 3 days per week on site at client sites and 2 days home office.</p><p><strong>Skills/Experience </strong></p><ul><li>Degree/PhD in Organic chemistry (Or equivalent discipline).</li><li>Practical hands on experience of organic synthesis/chromatography within Pharmaceutical/CRO/CDMO.</li><li>Scale up experience is highly desirable</li><li>An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Customer focused & results driven: You have a track record of achieving profitable sales growth</li><li>Organized & proactive: Skilled in territory planning and CRM management </li><li>A self-starter with a team mindset</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Biotage?</strong></p><ul><li>Work with cutting-edge analytical solutions in a high-impact industry</li><li>Be part of a global, innovative, and sustainability-focused company</li><li>Competitive salary & performance-based incentives</li><li>Career development opportunities within an international environment</li></ul><p>If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, apply today and join us in making a real difference!<br><br></p><p><strong>About Biotage</strong></p><p>Biotage is the Global Go-To Separations Company, supporting customers from drug discovery and development through to diagnostics and analytical testing with intelligent and sustainable workflow solutions.
