We offer unlimited coaching, bi-weekly Masterminds and monthly Masterminds.
You will have your own accounts and your own contact management system.
We provide leads which are yours to keep.
And…you get full credit for all your listings and sales.
Duties
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain an organized database of client information and property listings.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and open houses.
• Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Experience
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and processes is beneficial.
• A solid understanding of real estate law is advantageous for navigating transactions effectively.
