Home Time & Schedule

• Miles: Average 2,000–3,000 miles per week
• Home Time: Every week
• Equipment: Late-model Freightliner trucks (average age 1.5 years), most equipped with inverters and APUs
• Weekly Pay: Average $1,200–$1,500+ after training
• Paid Training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (for recent CDL-A graduates)
• Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500 based on mileage achievements
• Monthly Performance Bonuses
• Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available after 30 days

• Paid Orientation: $300 bonus issued upon hire

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport freight across the 48 continental U.S. states (Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driver logs and follow company procedures
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Recent graduates must have completed at least 120 hours of truck driving school
• Must be 21 years or older
• Able to pass a DOT physical (hair & urine test)
• Clean background check (no DUIs, felonies, or at-fault accidents)
• All driving violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basic

Long-Term Career Path

After 1 month of training and 3 months OTR, you’ll be eligible for local routes. We want drivers who want to grow and stay with the company.
