<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As an Account Executive for the Mexican territory, you will be in charge of a complete sales process, from identifying a lead to closing new clients across all Mexico. You will benefit from inbound leads to identify opportunities. You will run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. This role allows the option to work remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid model. You must be fluent in Spanish and English to be considered for this role.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, you'll get to:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with inbound marketing strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Close new business consistently at or above quota level.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as a brand enthusiast for HubSpot’s suite of products and solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Follow up on highly qualified opportunities across Latin America</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bring your knowledge, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Requirements for this position include:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.&nbsp;</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1-5 years of selling experience preferably within a web technologies (SaaS) or innovative online product environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience prospecting in a high volume environment is a must and will be validated.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience doing discovery calls with customers and ability to show value propositions.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in a startup environment is preferable.&nbsp;</span></li>
