About the position
The HRCC Specialist for the CALA region at Hilton is responsible for enhancing hotel performance through HRCC resources. This role involves promoting various HRCC services, enrolling hotels into the ResMax Auto Attendant program, and collaborating with commercial and support teams to improve regional performance. The position is remote and reports to the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
• Implement initiatives to lead ResMax adoption, including hotel and portfolio consults
,
• Develop and deliver content to communicate the HRCC value proposition at special events, conferences, and client meetings
,
• Act as the liaison for HRCC services and initiatives including HPSS to support performance optimization
,
• Cultivate Hotel and Corporate partner relationships
,
• Identify initiatives and manage implementation based on performance analysis
,
• Perform other duties that would support HRCC Business Development, as assigned.
Requirements
• Fluent Spanish language (written/spoken)
,
• High Proficiency in analyzing data in Excel and PowerPoint
,
• Six (6) months working within Hilton Reservations and Customer Care
,
• Travel up to 25%, both domestic and international
Nice-to-haves
• Six (6) months of experience in the HRCC Business Development Team
,
• One (1) year experience working in Sales, Reservations or Front Office at hotel-level
,
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
