As a nationwide company, we serve clients across America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets.</strong></p><p>In 2025, as part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy CRM Systems Administrator to join our remote team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Administration and ongoing support of CRM system (primarily HubSpot).</p><p>- Providing technical support to sales and project teams.</p><p>- Setting up new accounts and managing access across platforms (including Aloware and ClickUp).</p><p>- CRM database maintenance, segmentation, and process optimization.</p><p>- Implementing and maintaining automated workflows across CRM, task management, and telephony systems.</p><p>- Escalating complex issues to CRM support or team lead when needed.</p><p>- Collaborating with marketing and operations on automation and system integration initiatives.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>- 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).</p><p>- Hands-on experience in CRM administration, automation setup, and system integrations.</p><p>- Familiarity with internet telephony tools such as Aloware or similar platforms.</p><p>- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).</p><p>- Experience using ClickUp or equivalent task management tools.</p><p>- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</p><p>- Comfortable using Google Workspace and time management tools.</p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>- Experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub.</p><p>- Exposure to email marketing or market research.</p><p>- Basic understanding of automation tools and workflows.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>- Competitive salary based on skills and experience</p><p>- Flexible working hours (main office hours: 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM EST).</p><p>- A supportive and collaborative team.</p><p>- Room for professional growth in a fast-scaling company.</p><p>- Fully remote work.</p>
