This role demands a results-oriented individual with a target-driven approach, a strong passion for achieving measurable outcomes, and a proven track record in the money-movement, money-transfer, or remittance services industry.</p><p>The ideal candidate possesses a <strong>hunter mindset</strong>, excelling at driving new business opportunities while fostering and maintaining relations with existing clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding TerraPay’s footprint in the KSA region, contributing significantly to our global growth and market leadership.</p><p></p><h3><strong>How you will create impact:</strong></h3><p><strong>1. Expand TerraPay's Global Footprint:</strong></p><ul> <li>Identify and launch new Send Partners and opportunities within TerraPay's network across the KSA region.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with strategic partners, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and payment service providers.</li> <li>Develop a pipeline of outbound opportunities in the KSA region to position it as a major Send Region.</li> </ul><p><strong>2. Drive Product Excellence</strong></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TerraPay’s offerings remain competitive in the KSA market.</li> <li>Negotiate optimal terms with partners to maximize value in the region.</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing product offerings and introduce innovations tailored to KSA market needs.</li> </ul><p><strong>3. Optimize FX Operations</strong></p><ul> <li>Understand foreign exchange dynamics specific to the KSA market.</li> <li>Build a network for efficient FX sourcing and management.</li> </ul><p><strong>4. Partner Management and Performance</strong></p><ul> <li>Hold Send partners accountable for achieving agreed-upon performance metrics.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives with partners.</li> <li>Collaborate with Receive markets globally to deliver targeted volumes from the KSA.</li> </ul><p><strong>5. Customer-Centric Approach</strong></p><ul> <li>Maintain a deep understanding of customer preferences and needs within the remittance and payments landscape.</li> <li>Integrate customer feedback into product development and channel expansion strategies.</li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Essential qualifications:</strong></h3><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>15+ years in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, with hands-on experience in B2B sales.</li> <li>Experience working with Money Remittance, PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred.</li> </ul><p><strong>Skills and Attributes:</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>CRM Savvy:</strong> Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions.</li> <li> <strong>Target-Driven:</strong> A track record of exceeding sales and business development targets.</li> <li> <strong>Adaptability:</strong> A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li> <strong>Strong Relationship Builder:</strong> Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and third parties.</li> <li> <strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong> Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work.</li> </ul><p><strong>Market Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of the money-transfer and remittance markets, including regulatory frameworks such as AML and FinCEN.</li></ul><p><strong>Language Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English, because communication is key.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3><strong>Interview rounds &amp; assessments:</strong></h3><p><strong>Table for Two:</strong><u><br></u>A brief chat with one of our Recruiters to assess your foundational competencies and provide an overview of TerraPay.</p><p><strong>Beyond the Bio:</strong> <br>A discussion with an SME or the RM to evaluate your role-specific knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and gain a deeper understanding of the company and team dynamics.</p><p><strong>Manager Meetup:</strong><br>A comprehensive discussion about the role and responsibilities, expectations, and mapping out potential career growth.</p><p><strong>Let’s Collab:</strong><u><br></u>A cross-functional round that offers insights into other teams and functions and explores how your role aligns with them.
