As a Senior Motion Graphics & Video Specialist at Designity, you will craft high-impact motion graphics and video content that elevate brands and digital experiences. With a strong focus on motion design and video editing, you’ll transform ideas into visually compelling narratives while integrating animation as needed. You will leverage AI-powered tools to speed up post-production, refine visual effects, and experiment with new creative techniques. Working closely with top-tier Creative Directors and designers, you’ll transform ideas into visually compelling narratives for clients across industries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualize and storyboard motion and video projects with a strong narrative flow.
• Design and animate motion graphics for ads, social media, presentations, and branded content.
• Edit and refine video footage, applying color correction, visual effects, and typography.
• Integrate and edit music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Manage rendering, exporting, and formatting to ensure high-quality deliverables across platforms.
• Use AI-driven editing and animation tools to enhance visuals and speed up production.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and designers to refine concepts and implement feedback.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and video production.
• Expertise in softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender, as well as with using AI in your creative process.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and manipulating visual elements.
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to integrate and edit audio components, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
• Experience with rendering settings and exporting for various formats and platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
